DTLA Entertainment Group, is an entertainment company with offices in downtown Los Angeles and Sacramento that focuses on Film Production, Publishing and Talent Management.
The company produces Independent motion pictures and digital entertainment for distribution across all platforms including theatrical, television, and emerging digital technologies.
DTLA’s most recent films, “Blood Circus,” (sold for distribution) and “The Talking Tree” (currently in post-production). Upcoming film projects in 2019/2020 include “McCabe and Little Jesse” starring Robert Wagner, “Pick Up” written and directed by Doug Hutchison, “Gabriel’s Trial” written and starring Robert Lasardo and “USA Motel”. DTLA is also in production with the documentary, “Palm Springs, Hollywood’s Playground” Which looks at the relationship the city of Palm Springs has had with Hollywood since 1934.
DTLA Entertainment Group, (Publishing) has published several books, with the most recent being “Marked” written by George Christie former leader of the Hells Angels. Fall of 2019 will see the publication of actor Doug Hutchison’s autobiography, “Flushing Hollywood, Fake News, Fake Boobs: A Memoir” with an accompanying one-man show, “Flushing Hollywood” written and performed by Doug Hutchison that will tour the US. Winter 2019 will see the updated republication of DTLA’s best-selling book (originally published in 2003), “Beware of the Cable Guy: From Cop to Serial Killer” written by former Reno Police Sergeant, Jeff Kaye a gripping true crime book soon to be adapted into a screenplay.
Past DTLA titles include “Blind Ambition” written by former White House Counsel to Richard Nixon, John Dean, “Million Dollar Agent: Brokering The Dream” by BRAVO TV personality, Josh Flagg and “School Emergency Management: A Practical Approach to Implementation” written by Jeff Kaye, Roy Hill, and Blake Goetz
Our Talent Management arm which is new to Northern California, represents clients, Doug Hutchison, Britt Ekland, Robert Lasardo, Courtney Stodden, Heid Fliess, and Richard Hatch to name a few. We are currently accepting submissions for representation.
